I found this cane to be of excellent quality. It is strong and I feel safe when using it. It adjusts to a most comfortable height for me and folds to a great size for fitting in the oversize purse I carry when I leave home. The only comment I have is the carrying bag should be of more flexible fabric because it takes lots of tugging to get it closed. That, however has no impact on the quality of the cane itself. I would never want anyone else to have to find it necessary to use a cane, but if they did, I would give it my highest recommendation.

I recently purchased a Hugo folding cane after having knee surgery. I purchased it to take on a trip to Portugal. Although I am walking fine after my surgery the cane was extremely helpful in tackling the cobblestone streets and sidewalks I encountered. Without the cane it was difficult to deal with the uneven surfaces. I used it my entire trip whenever I was out and about but didn’t need it on smooth floors.
I would highly recommend it to anyone needing aid in walking. The light weight and folding capability made it easy for traveling.

I bought this for my Dad and he loved it.
Only thing is the shine over it goes in few days and scratches are visible from the distance. Otherwise it really serve the purpose it is made for.
