I got these gloves as a gift in October of 2006 and started using them in November 2006. In September of 2007 with only 10 months of use they developed a hole by the seem where the thumb meets the palm of the hand. I used them 3 times a week on normal relatively new Olympic weight bars. Same usage with Valeo and they lasted me 3 years. When I contacted Harbinger they failed to respond to me basically telling me tough luck. I would STAY AWAY from their gloves since they don’t last and they will not back them if they don’t. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ON THESE IF YOU BUY THEM!!!!!!

Well I’ve being a Harbinger user for years now and normally I’m always quite please with their products but every now and then I end up buying a product like this just to regret it later. This gloves seems to be cheaply manufacture and poorly designed. I have a pair of Harbinger gloves that I bought 3 years ago and I’m thinking about keep using those even though they are falling apart. The glove it self doesn’t seem that bad at first look but once you wear it you star noticing some key facts. Like the padding doesn’t cover all the palm area. The fabric always get caught in the Velcro (that eventually will destroy the upper part of the glove). The straps are to thick and poorly place in the glove so you will actually have a problem trying to get them comfortably tide. Overall this gloves seem to be a cheap copy of the Harbinger gloves I already own.

The gloves themselves are great, but I didn’t realize the wristband was so big. I wraps and hinders my wrist. I think they are great for someone lifting really heavy weights but too much for me.
